Built for active job sites
General contractors across San Antonio, from multifamily projects along US-281 to industrial sites on the South Side and retail pads off Loop 410 and IH-10, engage our construction site services to keep their sites inspection ready. The condition of the street at the gate is one of the first things an inspector evaluates. Our construction cleanup crews handle trackout, sediment, and debris on a schedule that works around pours, deliveries, and trade stacking, day or night.
Construction site cleaning across San Antonio runs at both ends of the build. Pre-construction cleanup clears the pad and the access roads before mobilization. Vegetation debris, demolition leftovers, and the silt that collects on staging areas are swept and hauled so the first trucks roll onto clean ground. Post-construction cleanup readies the site for turnover. Haul routes and curb lines swept, nails and tie wire pulled from the pavement, mud and residue washed off flatwork, and the public street at the entrance left clean before the owner’s walk-through.
The pace is not slowing: the San Antonio area consistently ranks among the national leaders in new construction activity tracked by the U.S. Census Bureau’s Building Permits Survey, and every permit issued is a future site with track-out to control.

We run dust-suppressed sweepers built for broken pavement and caliche, including the TYMCO DST-4, a dustless sweeper made for exactly the fine material construction sites shed, plus magnet bars that pull nails and tie wire off haul routes before they end up in a subcontractor’s tire. Post-construction, a final pressure wash gets flatwork ready for turnover.
This is exterior site work: construction sweeping, trackout control, and debris clean-up on pavement, haul routes, and gate approaches. Interior post-construction janitorial cleaning is a different trade, and we can point you to one if that is what the project needs.

Why it matters
What does SWPPP compliance require from cleanup in San Antonio and the South Texas region?
Under the EPA’s NPDES construction stormwater program and the TCEQ construction general permit (TXR150000), operators must keep sediment from leaving the site, and streets are where sediment leaves first. Trackout onto a public road is one of the most visible, most cited violations an inspector can find, because it’s sitting in plain view on the way in.
Scheduled sweeping converts that liability into a paper trail: dated service records showing trackout controlled at the gate, haul routes swept, and sediment hauled off, the kind of documentation that holds up during a city BMP inspection and keeps the San Antonio River basin out of your project file.

Questions
San Antonio construction cleanup FAQ
Can you work around an active construction schedule?
Yes, that is how most visits are planned. We fit around pours, steel deliveries, and the trades, sweeping before the gate opens, after the last truck, or in a midday gap. Phased projects get a standing cadence that we revise as the site plan moves.
Is magnetic nail sweeping included?
Yes. Magnet bars are towed behind the sweeper wherever trucks and trades travel, lifting nails, screws, and tie wire out of the dirt and off the pavement. Fewer punctures is the obvious payoff; fewer foot injuries is the other, as the construction safety center CPWR notes in its housekeeping toolbox talk.
What documentation do you provide for our SWPPP?
After each visit we send a dated record of the areas swept and the material removed. It goes in the SWPPP binder as evidence of trackout and sediment control under the TXR150000 general permit, and it lines up with the source-control focus of the City of San Antonio construction BMP program.
Do you handle final cleanup at project close-out?
We do. Close-out service covers a final sweep of streets, curbs, and flatwork, debris removal, and pressure washing where it is called for, so the owner walks a clean site.
Is this construction sweeping or post-construction cleaning?
This is construction sweeping. We take care of the exterior: staging areas, haul routes, gate approaches, curb lines, and the street at the entrance, with magnet passes and records for your SWPPP. Interior post-construction cleaning (dust, windows, floors) is not a service we perform.
