Debris Removal Services in Texas

Covering all major Texas Cities

We provide commercial debris removal and haul-off services across Texas for retail centers, apartment communities, industrial yards, and active job sites. Our crews load and haul construction material, illegal dumping, storm debris, and tenant turnover piles, and most sites are cleared in a single visit. HOAs and property managers use the same crews for bulk items, storm response, and move-out debris.

What’s included

Loaded, hauled, and off your property

We bring the crew, the loader, and the trucks, so the pile leaves in one mobilization. Debris hauling covers:

  • Job-site debris removal from active or finished projects, coordinated with the site
  • Construction material removal: pallets, packaging, drywall, lumber, concrete, and roofing scrap
  • Illegal dumping removed from retail lots, alleys, loading docks & vacant parcels
  • Storm debris such as limbs, sediment, roofing & scattered material after wind or flooding
  • Tenant turnover and move-out debris from apartment communities, HOAs & office parks
  • Event and seasonal haul-off for shopping centers, venues & school campuses
  • Skid-steer loading for piles too big for hand crews, with the footprint swept afterward

Retail lots, apartment communities, and job sites

Most debris removal calls are not construction at all. A shopping center wakes up to a dumped sofa behind the loading dock. An apartment community has a month of move-outs stacked by the compactor. An industrial yard has pallets, banding, and packaging that the regular trash service will not touch. An HOA has limbs down across the common area after a storm. Our debris removal services are built for that mix: the same crews that run parking lot sweeping and day porter routes on retail, multifamily, and office properties also load and haul off the piles those properties produce.

For general contractors and site supers, debris hauling runs as a phased service that tracks the schedule. A pull after framing, another after drywall and finish, and a final haul-off before the walk-through, with construction site cleanup available on the same visits. We also take sub-bid scopes that pair sweeping with hauling on public and private jobs, and we quote them as one line item so the prime has one vendor to call.

Storm season adds its own category. After high wind or flooding, we clear limbs, roofing, silt, and scattered material from lots, drive lanes, and common areas so the property is open for business and the drains can breathe. Send us the address and a photo and we will confirm a window.

Why it matters

Unmanaged debris is a liability

Debris on a commercial property is more than an appearance issue. It exposes the owner to code-enforcement citations, attracts pests, and visible dumping consistently attracts additional dumping. A pile left through a rainstorm also sheds sediment and loose material into the nearest storm inlet, which is what stormwater inspectors look for first. Prompt removal keeps the property clean, keeps the drains clear, and discourages repeat incidents.

Because we already operate sweeper routes and crews across all our Texas locations, debris removal integrates into existing schedules, which keeps response times short and mobilization costs low. Every haul-off is documented with dated photos and a disposal record, so your file shows what was removed and where it went.

Moore Clean fleet staged at the yard

Debris removal services run out of the same yards as our sweeper fleet in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Corpus Christi, and McAllen, so response time is a route adjustment, not a special trip. One-time haul-offs, phased pulls on a job, and recurring pickups for retail and multifamily portfolios all dispatch from the nearest yard.

Questions

Debris removal FAQ

What kinds of debris do you haul?

Construction and renovation material, pallets and packaging, illegally dumped furniture and appliances, storm limbs and roofing, and turnover debris from apartments, offices, and retail spaces. We don’t handle hazardous waste, but we’ll tell you who does and clear everything around it.

Do you handle one-time jobs or only contracts?

Both. One-time haul-offs are common, especially dumping and storm response. Properties that generate debris continuously, like construction sites, large retail centers, and multifamily communities, usually move to a phased or recurring schedule.

Do you work with general contractors as a sub?

Yes. We take sub-bid scopes that pair sweeping with debris hauling, price them as one line item, and schedule pulls around the phases of the job. If the scope covers several counties, tell us the site list up front and we will confirm which yards dispatch to each.

Do you remove demolition debris?

We haul it. Once the demolition contractor has the material down and staged, our crews load the demolition debris, haul it off, and sweep the footprint. We do not perform the demolition itself, so the demo scope stays with your contractor and the haul-off comes to us.

How is this different from junk removal?

Junk removal companies are built for household pickups. Commercial debris removal companies work at property scale: skid-steers and dump trucks instead of a pickup, crews who already know your lot from sweeping and porter routes, documented disposal for your file, and the footprint swept when the pile is gone.

How fast can you get a pile removed?

In most metros we can clear a standard pile within a few business days, and storm response mobilizes faster. Send a photo with your address and we’ll confirm a window when we quote it.
